While rescuing Kyubey being attacked by Homura, the girls lose their way into the most mysterious space.

Madoka and Sayaka fall into a desperate pinch but is soon saved by a magical girl.

Afterwards, the magical girl invites them to her place.

She speaks of the accreditation that will be given to the person chosen by Kyubey, the meaning of being a magical girl, and the existence of witches.

A chance to make any wish come true, and the cruel mission that awaits subsequently.
