Sayaka's Soul Gem turned pitch-black. The Grief Seed hatched and a new witch emerges.

With Homura's help, Kyoko escapes the witch's labyrinth carrying Sayaka.

Madoka finds Kyoko and Homura walking with a heavy step, and she bursts into tears as she finds Sayaka's body.

Homura coldly confesses the last secret of Soul Gem, and leaves the place.

Not being able to give up, Kyoko decides to rescue Sakaya, and makes a suggestion to Madoka.
